Deal, Cooper & Holton was founded in 1999 with a vision of bringing a few serious trial lawyers with vast experience in different areas of litigation and trial work to form a trial law firm to represent seriously injured persons. In the course of fully realizing that vision, we have successfully fought for our clients against some of the largest corporate and insurance giants in the country.
Our focus was never on becoming another “McLawyer” television advertising law firm. And while we might not have the broad name recognition of those “tv” firms, we have made our share of headlines through winning victories on behalf of our clients.
We have represented people from all walks of life, injured in countless ways from defective design cases to medical negligence by hospitals and healthcare providers.
